The goal of Book A Ride was to create a seamless ride scheduling and booking platform that caters to multiple user types (customers, corporates, agents, affiliates). The app needed to deliver ease of use, real-time booking, and trustworthy navigation, while also supporting corporate policies and affiliate business models.
